Courses Under Agricultural Science for you

Certificate Courses

  • 3 - 6 months
  • Eligibility: 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Diploma Courses

  • 1 years
  • Eligibility: 10+2 pass from any stream.

Post-Graduate Diploma

  • PG Diploma - 1 years
  • Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.

Under-Graduate Courses

  • Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc. Hons)(Agriculture) - 4 years
  • Eligibility: 10+2 pass with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics/Agriculture).

Post Graduate Degree Courses

  • Master of Science (M.Sc.) - 2 years
  • Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field

Doctorate Programs

  • Ph.D - 3-5 years (Full Time/Part Time)
  • Eligibility: Master's degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline

Eligibility

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from any recognized board.
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate for general category and 45% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category.

Note:

  • Only one choice of scholarship will be allowed to the candidate from the following:
    • 5% scholarship on Net Academic Fee (after merit scholarship) to Girl Candidate for complete programme.
    • 5% scholarship on Net Academic Fee (after merit scholarship) to ward of Defence Personnel for complete programme.
    • 10% scholarship on Net Academic Fee (after merit scholarship) to Alumni of Uttaranchal University (only in 1st year).
    • 10% scholarship on Net Academic Fee (after merit scholarship) to Sibling of Uttaranchal University (only in 1st year).
  • If any student deposits his/her complete yearly Fee, in that case additional scholarship of 5% on Net Academic Fee (after merit scholarship)will be provided for 1st year only.
  • The Net Academic Fee for the programme will increase by 5% per annum from 2nd year onwards. It will be applicable to both All India and State Quota students.
