Policy Overview

Fee Refund Policy is designed to protect students by ensuring that fees paid for admissions to higher education institutions (HEIs) are refunded fairly if a student cancels or withdraws their admission. This policy has been issued in response to numerous representations and complaints about non-refund practices.
